I realise that everybody has been focussed on the RWC for the past 6 or so weeks, but believe it or not, there were some other activities going on in the world that we managed to squeeze in. As long as they did not clash with the rugby that is! 
Last week the first (as far as I am aware) Cookham Dean Gravity Grand Prix took place in the village. Great fun had by all and I honestly cannot tell you who enjoyed it more – adults or kids!

The aim of the event was to raise funds for the local air ambulance service, which judging from the support the event received – must have been a great success.
